Project Workflow

EX Die Casting provides a complete aluminum die casting development process, from RFQ review and tooling development to mass production, quality verification, and global logistics support.

01

RFQ Inquiry

Customers provide annual demand, 2D drawings, 3D models, material requirements, and quality specifications. EX conducts an initial DFM review to evaluate casting feasibility, machining needs, and key manufacturing risks.

02

Quotation & Lead Time

Quotation is based on the required process scope, including tooling, die casting, machining, surface finishing, inspection, and packaging. EX also provides a development schedule and estimated lead time.

03

Tooling Development & Trials

EX performs APQP, moldflow analysis, tooling design, and T0–T1 trial production. Trial results are verified through dimensional inspection, appearance review, and process condition analysis.

04

PPAP Approval

EX submits PPAP documents according to customer requirements, including measurement reports, material certificates, sample parts, and process records for approval.

05

Mass Production

Mass production follows approved parameters for die casting, machining, finishing, and inspection. Key process conditions are controlled and monitored to ensure stable quality and production consistency.

06

Quality Verification & Packing

Before shipment, products are verified by required inspections such as X-ray, CMM, visual inspection, and functional checks. Products are then packed according to approved packaging standards.

07

Shipping & Logistics

EX arranges shipment by air, sea, courier, or customer-designated carriers. Inspection reports, packing information, and traceability records can be provided upon request.
