Lightweight die-cast parts with low-porosity forks tested for durability and safety.
Bicycle

Why Is Die Casting Ideal for Bicycle Components?

Bicycle components must balance lightweight design, structural strength, dimensional stability, and long term reliability. For applications such as bicycle fork components, wheel assembly related parts, hubs, brake system components, brackets, and e-bike parts, components are often exposed to vibration, impact, torque, and repeated loading.
Aluminum die casting can form complex geometries under high pressure and is especially suitable for parts with reinforcing ribs, positioning holes, mounting surfaces, and integrated functions. Compared with multi piece machining or welded assemblies, die casting can integrate multiple functions into a single component, reducing assembly variation and improving mass production consistency.

High-Performance Casting

For e-bike components such as motor housings, controller housings, and structural brackets, aluminum die casting also provides good thermal performance, dimensional stability, and protective capability. For parts with higher load or fatigue requirements, low gas content control, vacuum die casting, or local squeeze casting can be evaluated to improve density and reliability in critical areas.
