EX Die Casting is equipped with comprehensive inspection and testing equipment to ensure stable quality control throughout aluminum die casting production. Our inspection capabilities include a VJT industrial automatic defect recognition X-ray system, ZEISS CONTURA CMM, spectrometer, reduced pressure test equipment, universal testing machine, and AVIO infrared thermal imaging camera.

These inspection systems support material verification, internal defect detection, dimensional measurement, mechanical property testing, thermal analysis, and microstructure observation, helping us maintain consistent quality and reliability for mass-produced die casting components.
