EX Die Casting operates 19 high-pressure die casting machines ranging from 150 to 1,100 tons, supported by vacuum die casting systems, X-ray inspection, CMM measurement, and spectrometer-based material analysis. Serving customers in Taiwan, the U.S., Japan, and Europe, the company provides precision aluminum die casting solutions for complex and quality-critical components. 01 RFQ

Required: Annual demand, 2D drawings, and 3D models. DFM review and material/process feasibility check.

02 Quotation & Lead Time

Quotation is based on the customer’s required process stages (tooling, die casting, machining, surface finishing). EX provides a complete development schedule and estimated delivery time.

03 Tooling Development & Trials

APQP, moldflow, tooling design, and T0–T1 trials with measurement verification.

04 PPAP Approval

Submit PPAP package, measurement reports, material certificates, and process records.

05 Mass Production

Production follows locked parameters with die casting, machining, finishing, and SPC monitoring.

06 Quality Verification & Packing

X-ray, CMM, and visual inspections completed before packing with full traceability.

07 Shipping & Logistics

Logistics are arranged according to customer requirements—air, sea, courier, or designated carriers—with full inspection reports and traceability provided.
