NEWS
NEWS
Aluminum high-pressure die casting (High Pressure Die Casting, HPDC) is a metal forming process used to produce aluminum components with high dimensional accuracy, complex geometry, and stable production quality.
For many years, color anodizing was considered difficult for aluminum die casting parts. When customers required a bright, uniform, or decorative anodized appearance, engineers often preferred extruded aluminum or CNC-machined aluminum parts instead of high-pressure die castings.
EX continues to follow international exhibitions related to smart mold, die manufacturing, precision machining, and aluminum die casting technology.
EX Die Casting provides high quality, reliable lead times, and professional process capability for global customers.
